Not the best painting I've ever done, but some of the techniques I used in it were new to me... I learned a lot from Ryan Church's DVD on hi-tech architecture. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about using painter 9, although for this I used photoshop and painter side by side. They work great back and forth.
As for the subject of the painting itself, it's the Kingdom of Zeal from Chrono Trigger 12,000 B.C. Copyright for the game and related material belongs to Square-Enix.
